Art. 1 – Toepasselijkheid en instemming
1.1 Bij deelname aan toernooien in Mokum Pool & Darts stemmen spelers automatisch stilzwijgend in met dit toernooireglement.
1.2 Spelers worden geacht dit reglement na te leven en te waarborgen gedurende het gehele toernooi.
1.3 De toernooileiding behoudt zich het recht voor dit reglement te interpreteren en toe te passen.

Art. 2 – Foto- en video-opnames
2.1 Door deelname stemt de speler stilzwijgend in met foto- en video-opnames.
2.2 Indien een speler bezwaar heeft, dient dit vooraf bij de toernooileiding gemeld te worden.
2.3 De geldende privacywetgeving prevaleert uiteraard te allen tijde.

Art. 3 – Aanwezigheid en meldplicht
3.1 Spelers melden zich vóór starttijd bij de toernooileiding
3.2 Laatmeldingen mogen maximaal betrekking hebben op een vertraging van 15 minuten na starttijd.
3.3 Laatmeldingen dienen minimaal 15 minuten vóór starttijd (via Cuescore comments van het betreffende toernooi).
3.4 Bij niet tijdig melden en afwezigheid bij starttijd wordt deelname geweigerd, ook wanneer de loting nog niet heeft plaatsgevonden.
3.5 In uitzonderlijke situaties, en tijdige communicatie, kan de toernooileiding afwijken van dit artikel om spelers tegemoet te komen in de situatie.

Art. 4 – Eigen verantwoordelijkheid speeltijden
4.1 Spelers zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig verschijnen bij hun wedstrijden.
4.2 Omroepen vinden uitsluitend binnen plaats; buiten wordt eigen verantwoordelijkheid verwacht.
4.3 Gebruik van hulpmiddelen, zoals Cuescore en de app van Peter de Swart, wordt aanbevolen.

Art. 5 – Verlaten van het terrein
5.1 Nadat het toernooi is gestart, dient een speler zich te melden bij de toernooileiding bij het verlaten van zaal of parkeerplaats.
5.2 Onaangekondigde afwezigheid kan leiden tot diskwalificatie.

Art. 6 – Te laat aan tafel
6.1 Bij 5 minuten te laat aan tafel: de aanwezige tegenstander wordt verwacht zich te melden bij de toernooileiding om opnieuw om te roepen.
6.2 Bij 10 minuten te laat aan tafel: verlies van 1 rack.
6.3 Bij 15 minuten te laat aan tafel: verlies van 2 racks.
6.4 Bij 20 minuten te laat aan tafel: diskwalificatie.

Art. 7 – Round Robin verplichtingen
7.1 Spelers worden geacht de gehele round robin uit te spelen, waar vroegtijdig vertrek de groep kan beinvloeden.
7.2 Vroegtijdig vertrek zonder geldige reden resulteert in -50 rankingpunten.
7.3 De toernooileiding beoordeelt de geldigheid van de reden in samenspraak met de zaalhouder.

Art. 8 – Spelregels
8.1 Er wordt gespeeld volgens het reglement van de World Pool-Billiard Association.

Art. 9 – Arbitrage en geschillen
9.1 De toernooileiding kan, indien wenselijk, fungeren als neutrale arbiter bij twijfelgevallen.
9.2 De speler die niet aan de beurt is, is verantwoordelijk voor het oproepen van de toernooileiding.
9.3 Indien geen arbiter wordt opgeroepen, en er kan niet overeengestemd worden, wordt het oordeel in het voordeel van de uitvoerende speler beslist.

Art. 10 – Gedrag en sportiviteit
10.1 Agressief gedrag (verbaal, materieel en/of fysiek) leidt tot diskwalificatie.
10.2 Onsportief gedrag, waaronder bewust afleiden of provocatie, kan leiden tot diskwalificatie.
10.3 De toernooileiding behoudt zich het recht voor te beoordelen wat als agressief of onsportief gedrag kwalificeert.

Art. 11 – Alcohol en middelengebruik
11.1 Overmatig middelengebruik dat leidt tot storend gedrag is niet toegestaan.
11.2 Toernooileiding behoudt zich het recht voor het gedrag te beoordelen en spelers hierop aan te spreken.
11.3 Indien geen verbetering optreedt in het gedrag, kan diskwalificatie volgen.

Art. 12 – Speeltempo
12.1 Spelers dienen een redelijk speeltempo te hanteren.
12.2 Bij, naar oordeel van de toernooileiding, extreem traag spel behoudt de toernooileiding zich het recht de betreffende speler hierop aan te spreken.
12.3 Spelers dienen zich zichtbaar aan te passen na aanspreken van de toernooileiding.
12.4 Bij geen zichtbare aanpassing, behoudt toernooileiding zich het recht wedstrijden in te korten.

Art. 13 – Mobiele apparatuur
13.1 Gebruik van mobiele apparatuur tijdens wedstrijden is niet toegestaan, behoudens voor score bijhouden of reglement raadpleging.
13.2 Toernooileiding behoudt zich het recht anderen hierop aan te spreken bij overtreding.
13.3 De toernooileiding beoordeelt naar eigen inzicht of gebruik gerechtvaardigd is.

Art. 14 – Gelijkheid van omstandigheden tijdens toernooien
14.1 Verzoeken voor specifieke tafels of speeltijden tijdens het toernooi worden niet in behandeling genomen.
14.2 Alle spelers worden geacht onder gelijke omstandigheden te spelen.

Art. 15 – Gebruik van tafels tijdens toernooien
15.1 Tafels die vrijkomen zijn niet automatisch beschikbaar voor inspelen.
15.2 Tafels worden direct opnieuw in gebruik genomen of kunnen terug in verhuur zijn gegaan.
15.3 Gebruik van tafels geschiedt uitsluitend na toestemming van de toernooileiding.

Art. 16 – Inspelen voor het toernooi
16.1 Gratis inspelen is mogelijk vanaf 16:00 op weekdagen en in de weekenden vanaf 17:00 wanneer er tafels beschikbaar zijn.

Art. 17 – Slotbepaling
17.1 De toernooileiding heeft te allen tijde het laatste woord.
17.2 In alle gevallen waarin dit reglement niet voorziet, beslist de toernooileiding.
17.3 In alle gevallen waarin interpretaties van dit reglement nodig zijn, is het oordeel van de toernooileiding bindend en doorslaggevend.

Tournament Regulations – Mokum Pool & Darts

Art. 1 – Applicability and Acceptance

1.1 By participating in tournaments at Mokum Pool & Darts, players automatically and implicitly agree to these tournament regulations.
1.2 Players are expected to comply with and uphold these regulations throughout the entire tournament.
1.3 Tournament management reserves the right to interpret and apply these regulations.

Art. 2 – Photo and Video Recordings

2.1 By participating, players implicitly consent to photo and video recordings.
2.2 If a player objects, this must be reported to tournament management prior to the start of the tournament.
2.3 Applicable privacy legislation shall at all times prevail.

Art. 3 – Attendance and Reporting Obligations

3.1 Players must report to tournament management before the tournament start time.
3.2 Late notifications may only concern a delay of up to 15 minutes after the start time.
3.3 Late notifications must be submitted at least 15 minutes before the tournament start time (via the Cuescore comments section of the relevant tournament).
3.4 Failure to report on time and absence at the start time will result in refusal of participation, even if the draw has not yet taken place.
3.5 In exceptional situations, and with timely communication, tournament management may deviate from this article in order to accommodate players.

Art. 4 – Responsibility for Match Times

4.1 Players are personally responsible for appearing on time for their matches.
4.2 Announcements will only be made inside the venue; players outside are responsible for monitoring their own match times.
4.3 The use of tools such as Cuescore and Peter de Swart’s app is recommended.

Art. 5 – Leaving the Venue

5.1 Once the tournament has started, players must notify tournament management when leaving the venue or parking area.
5.2 Unannounced absence may result in disqualification.

Art. 6 – Late Arrival at the Table

6.1 After 5 minutes late at the table: the present opponent is expected to report to tournament management for a renewed announcement.
6.2 After 10 minutes late at the table: loss of 1 rack.
6.3 After 15 minutes late at the table: loss of 2 racks.
6.4 After 20 minutes late at the table: disqualification.

Art. 7 – Round Robin Obligations

7.1 Players are expected to complete the entire round robin stage, as early departure may affect the group.
7.2 Early departure without a valid reason will result in a penalty of -50 ranking points.
7.3 Tournament management will assess the validity of the reason in consultation with the venue owner.

Art. 8 – Rules of Play

8.1 Matches are played according to the regulations of the World Pool-Billiard Association.

Art. 9 – Arbitration and Disputes

9.1 Tournament management may, if deemed appropriate, act as a neutral arbiter in cases of doubt or dispute.
9.2 The player who is not at the table is responsible for calling tournament management.
9.3 If no arbiter is called and no agreement can be reached, the decision shall be made in favor of the acting player.

Art. 10 – Conduct and Sportsmanship

10.1 Aggressive behavior (verbal, material, and/or physical) will result in disqualification.
10.2 Unsportsmanlike behavior, including deliberate distraction or provocation, may result in disqualification.
10.3 Tournament management reserves the right to determine what qualifies as aggressive or unsportsmanlike behavior.

Art. 11 – Alcohol and Substance Use

11.1 Excessive substance use resulting in disruptive behavior is not permitted.
11.2 Tournament management reserves the right to assess such behavior and address players accordingly.
11.3 If no improvement in behavior occurs, disqualification may follow.

Art. 12 – Pace of Play

12.1 Players are expected to maintain a reasonable pace of play.
12.2 In the opinion of tournament management, excessively slow play may result in a warning or intervention.
12.3 Players are expected to visibly adjust their pace after being addressed by tournament management.
12.4 If no visible adjustment is made, tournament management reserves the right to shorten matches.

Art. 13 – Mobile Devices

13.1 The use of mobile devices during matches is not permitted, except for scorekeeping or consulting the rules.
13.2 Tournament management reserves the right to address players or others in case of violations.
13.3 Tournament management shall determine at its own discretion whether usage is justified.

Art. 14 – Equal Conditions During Tournaments

14.1 Requests for specific tables or match times during the tournament will not be considered.
14.2 All players are expected to compete under equal conditions.

Art. 15 – Use of Tables During Tournaments

15.1 Tables that become available are not automatically open for practice.
15.2 Tables may immediately be reassigned for tournament use or returned to commercial rental.
15.3 Tables may only be used with permission from tournament management.

Art. 16 – Practice Before the Tournament

16.1 Free practice is available from 16:00 on weekdays and from 17:00 on weekends, subject to table availability.

Art. 17 – Final Provisions

17.1 Tournament management shall at all times have the final say.
17.2 In all cases not covered by these regulations, tournament management shall decide.
17.3 In all cases requiring interpretation of these regulations, the judgment of tournament management shall be binding and decisive.
